All purchase orders placed with TRAKKABLES.com shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario in the Dominion of Canada.

Disputes arising from any purchase order, both domestic and international, shall be resolved in a court of jurisdiction of North York in the Province of Ontario.

Any order placed where there is a misprint on the website will be honoured at the regular retail price. All orders are subject to approval by TRAKKABLES.com prior to shipping, should an order be cancelled you will be refunded in full.

Use of the site is for non commercial, personal use & are subject to the terms of use. Accessing our site whether by using the site or by browsing you agree to the terms set out below. The person/company who purchases or activates Trakkables tags is hereinafter defined as the "Customer/ Uuser". The person who reports a found product with a Trakkables tag is hereinafter defined as the "Finder". Trakkables cannot guarantee that your items will be returned.

Trakkables owns all content on this site, as such you agree all material on this site is owned exclusively by Trakkables, which protected by law under trademark, copyright, patents, proprietary right. Unless otherwise expressed stated. You shall not sell, modify, rent, distribute, lease, copy, edit the content and functionality of this site. Except when authorized in writing by Trakkables.

If there is a product issue, please use the following as a guide to get the issue resolved. Purchases made through a distributor must be addressed directly with the distributor. Distributors will deal directly with Artmetal Promotional Products. Retail items should be address with the store in which it was purchased. Online purchases should contact us by clicking here. Any issue sent to us will be redirected to the correct party if possible. Trakkables will not respond to issues that have not gone through the appropriate channels.

The finder agrees that all information is accurate and valid. They also agree to the terms and conditions set forth.

All Trakkables product come with a ONE year from date of activation service period, which can be renewed in 1-5 year increments. Inactive tags are deactivated at the end of the service period. Trakkables will send out a predetermined set of reminders before the tags expire. If an item is found with a deactivated tag, charges will apply to reactive the tag. A notification will be sent that an item has been found on a deactivated tag. If at the time the deactived tag is not reactivated there will be a notification sent out with in one week stating to the Finder and the former user that the tag is inactive and it is now up to the finder to find an alternative method of communicating with the user to establish a return of the lost item. Trakkables will not be held responsibility or liable for as a result of a non established communication by a deactivated tag.

For both the finder and the person with the lost item: Meet in a public place, during the day. Do not come alone. Never give more personal information then is needed for both parties to meet up. Never give financial information or home address. Use well lit, well populated locations to meet up.

Avoid contacting each other at unreasonable times: before 9am and after 8:30pm. be respectful and polite.

It is very important that all information be kept current and accurate. Trakkables will not be held responsibility or liable for as a result of a non established communication caused by inaccurate or invalid information.

All users indemnify, hold harmless, release all liability or responsibility for any items with our tags, lost items, communication between finders and users and the interaction between aforementioned parties. This indemnity extends to all owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, distributors and their clients, retailers of Trakkables, This also includes Trakkables and its affiliated companies. Expenses arising from any claim will be at the cost of the claimant.

Trakkables is strictly a peer to peer lost and found communication service, as a result one should use their best judgment and govern themselves accordingly when using our service. Any use of the our products for illegal or morally questionable by our standards (at our discretion) will have their tags deactivated immediately with no refunds or claims accepted. Furthermore, use of physical or proposed violence, sexually explicated language/ images, gender or racial or religious discrimination in any way/ form will result in immediate deactivation of all tags and a ban on using our service whether by the user or the finder. Trakkables does not warrant that its website or app will work on all devices, all reasonable measures have been made to ensure that the product works with the most up to date devices.

All service on this site and content is "AS IS", as such there is no implied or expressed warranty, it is use at your own risk. Nor does Trakkables guarantee the success of the use of the tag in getting the users belongs back or the condition of those item ounces returned. We do not insure the items that are used with one of our tags, as such we are not responsible for items used in our system.

Trakkables reserves the right to terminate its services at any time without notice for whatever reason. No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription periods or tags should this occur.
